Our chickens and portions all come via a brand called Soanes Poultry which supply us grain fed high welfare chickens which have won the great taste award for a number of years on the trot and are fed a very nutritional diet and a higher welfare care for the animals to provide some of the best roasting birds in the country. When cooking our chickens the only thing which comes out of them is stock as our birds are dry plucked to ensure they have a good shelf life while maturing to improve flavour and succulence.
